Owned by a renowned French auctioneer, Villa Arte is not only a retreat but also a museum-like space adorned with art pieces throughout the house. With movie posters, statues, and modern architectural lines, the villa exudes a unique and contemporary ambiance. The decor is minimalist, featuring white furnishings and traditional cement mortar flooring, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The villa features five bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and strategically isolated from the rest of the house to provide maximum comfort and privacy. The kitchen, dining area, and lounge space are separate from the bedrooms and offer panoramic views of the pool, sea, and the neighboring island of Naxos. Large sliding glass doors can be opened to let in the refreshing sea breeze. The dining table comfortably accommodates ten people, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals and drinks for everyone.
