The open plan living room boasts a fireplace and large windows that offer stunning sea views. There are 2 dining areas one with seating for 4 and the other for 8, perfect for hosting large gatherings. 

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms with accommodating capacity of 10 persons. First bedroom features a double bed and shares a bathroom with the living room with a side view and private balcony. Master bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and private balcony with a sea view. The other three bedrooms features 2 single beds, sea views and balconies with pool access. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The spacious terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the breathtaking views. Additionally there’s an external barbeque room with sitting for 6 and mountain view, located on the side of the main entrance.

Villa’s location is ideal for those who enjoy walking and hiking as it is close to a walking path that leads to the picturesque Sant Antonios Monastery. The Monastery is situated in the charming village of Marpissa, nestled on the side of a mountain with breathtaking 360° views of the neighboring islands, mountains and villages.
